Naperville Social Club

Welcome! This is a group for 20s-30s in the Naperville area looking for things to do. Whether you’re new to the area (like me) or just want to make new friends this is a group to explore Naperville and surrounding suburbs.

I’ve created this group for those who want to get out, enjoy the area, and meet new people. Think mini golf, game nights, painting, bowling, walks, trivia, new restaurants. Hope to make some new friends along the way!

Group Rules

1. You must be in your 20s or 30s to join.

2. "3 Strikes" Rule: If you RSVP "yes" and can no longer attend, please change your RSVP at least 24 hours before the event. 3 strikes of last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in removal from the group. I will typically post a message in the event about a day or so ahead of time for people to update their reservation if they can no longer attend as a reminder. Also, life happens, and if something comes up last minute, please message me in the app to communicate that and it will not count as a no-show.

3. If you are on the waitlist, please do not show up anyway. It is not fair to others on the list, and it will count as 1 strike.

4. When someone changes their RSVP from "Going" to "Not Going", Meetup will automatically move the first person from the waitlist to "Going." If you're on the waitlist, keep checking back to see if you made it in.

5. For trivia events, if you are caught cheating there will be a zero tolerance policy and you will be removed from the group.

6. Do not attend an event if you are sick or feeling sick.

7. Above all else, when attending events, please be kind and respectful to each other.
