We’re just days away from our next Beginner’s Ruck, and this one is shaping up to be extra special!
As an added bonus, we’ll be sharing life-saving trauma first aid lessons — real-world skills that everyone should know. Whether you’re out on the trails or in everyday life, this knowledge could truly make a difference.
💥 No ruck? No problem!
Bring any backpack and fill it with anything to add some weight — water bottles, books, gear, anything sturdy. If you’re not sure what to bring, I’ll have a couple extra rucks on hand, plus 10 x 4 lb weights and a 20 lb plate to loan out. No excuses — just show up and step up!

### 🥾 Ruck March – This Friday!
We’re back on! After last week’s rainout, the weather this Friday looks perfect—sunny with a high of 77°F and NO rain in sight! 🌞🙌
So let’s grab our rucks and hit the trails for a 2.9-mile hike through Knoch Knolls Park, ending at the Upper Pavilion for a fire, some s’mores, and great conversations. 🔥🍫
Rucking = walking with weight on your back—building strength, endurance, and community, one step at a time. 💪

Meeting Spot (Before & After): The Upper Pavilion
Directions to the Pavilion:
From the parking lot, cross the bridge, turn left onto the trail, and walk about 200 meters. Look for a red-roofed pavilion on your right.

🎒 Backpack with 10–20 lbs weight (based on bodyweight)
💧 At least 1L of water
🥾 Trail shoes + merino socks
🥜 Snacks, gloves, recovery fuel
