Afferent Influence has offered to host our group for a free group fitness class!
The class will consist of small groups(each 3-4 people) doing circuit style movements! The workout will incorporate some mobility/body mechanics with a bit of light cardio.
This workout will be an introduction to moderate level workouts. All levels are welcomed to join!
All you need to bring is any hydration you would need!
Waivers will be available to sign upon arrival before the workout begins!

Let's get out of the cold and get a workout together that will also show us the proper form and skills for future workouts of 2026!
