45 mins Easy Pace Run

announcing my first event of the group.

We will meet at the commissioners Park at 6 PM warm up for 10 minutes and then run for about 45 minutes. The run will be at Easy pace. Walk-Run is welcome. We meet back at 6:50 at the starting point, finish with stretching and head back.
