Pecha Kucha is at Toitoi

Join us at Pecha Kucha on Tuesday 14th October at Toitoi in Hastings from 5.30pm to 7pm

Pecha Kucha Hawke's Bay joins with the Hawke’s Bay Arts Festival this year to bring forth a bunch of fabulous, brave, brilliant locals, sharing their wisdom, humour, experiences and preoccupations in the iconic Pecha Kucha format.

Pecha Kucha is a presentation style from Japan that focuses on speedy, visual storytelling. Presenters use precisely 20 slides, each displayed for 20 seconds, making the entire presentation per person last only 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

The cost is $10.00 cash at the door.

There is a 15 minute intermission after about 4 or 5 of the presenters and then the others will follow.
It is a good idea to have something to eat before you arrive or if you would like to, join us for a casual bite at Sazio around the corner from Toitoi on Heretaunga Street from 7 pm.
