This is a group for accredited investors to discuss investment opportunities on a monthly basis. It will not be restricted to real estate. I have information about agricultural investments in the USA and Panama. I also invest in oil and gas wells. Please tell the group about what you are investing in.
I bought 2 hectares (5 acres) in an organic Hass Avocado plantation in Panama.
I just made my second oil and gas well investment, this time in New Mexico, instead of Oklahoma.
I will invest in a hemp CBD oil opportunity before the end of the year.
An accredited investor must have income of $200,000 if single or $300,000 if married for the last two years, and an expectation that it will continue. Or a net worth of at least $1,000,000 not counting their personal residence.
