What makes a good design? How can you create graphics to look aesthetic or professional? In this talk we will cover the basics of good graphic design as it can be used in marketing and personal creative projects.
Shape, color, fonts, layout, and imagery all communicate a message to the viewers. We will cover how to pick an aesthetic that matches the feel you are trying to communicate. As well as what to avoid doing in order to look professional.
We will also be going over how to use software such as Canva, that makes graphic design easily accessible to the non-designer.
