Cassidy Shaw began her journey into mindfulness a few years ago. A world traveler,photographer, medicine woman. Yoga has been a huge medicine in her life, providing healing for the mind, body, spirit. Earning her teacher training in the jungles of Costa Rica. Cassidy has always had a passion for the ocean and nature. Community to her plays a huge role in her life, hosting Cacao Ceremonies, healing art circles. She quoted “Yoga means to me coming together as a community and self practice that brings you closer to your body, mentally physically and spiritually.”
