Welcome to Ladies United | Women in Real Estate – Naples, a special branch of our already established Ladies United community!
Ladies United was created to bring women together, build genuine friendships, share experiences, try new things, and support one another. As our community continues to grow, we wanted to create a dedicated space for women who share something else in common: a career in real estate!
This group is exclusively for women who hold an active real estate license, regardless of which brokerage they work for or how long they’ve been in the business.
What We’re All About
Our goal is simple: to create a welcoming and supportive environment where women in real estate can connect, learn, exchange ideas, grow professionally, and build genuine friendships.
We’ll organize a variety of activities, including:
Real Estate Classes & Workshops: Learn new skills, stay informed, and share knowledge and experiences.
Networking & Connections: Meet other licensed women in real estate and build meaningful relationships.
Market Discussions & Industry Updates: Exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and learn from each other.
Property Tours & Educational Events: Explore properties, new construction, and other opportunities to learn outside the classroom.
Social Events & Fun Activities: Morning walks, pickleball, art classes, dinners, and other activities. Because there’s more to life than contracts, showings, and closings!

This group is part of our original Ladies United community, and we encourage you to be part of both!
Our original Ladies United group brings women together through social activities, outdoor adventures, sports, art, dinners, and new experiences.
Here in Women in Real Estate, you’ll find a combination of real estate-focused events and selected social activities from our larger Ladies United community.
Some events may appear in both Meetup groups because we’re bringing our communities together! These are shared events, not separate gatherings. Just follow the RSVP instructions for each event.

A Community, Not a Competition
We welcome licensed women from all real estate brokerages.
This is not a recruiting group, a place to promote listings, or a competition to see who sells the most homes.
It’s about supporting each other, sharing knowledge, learning new things, building relationships, and having fun along the way.
Whether you’re a newly licensed agent or have been in real estate for 20 years, everyone has something to contribute and something to learn.
You don’t have to do everything alone, and you certainly don’t have to talk about real estate every time we get together!

Membership is exclusively for women holding an active real estate license. All brokerages are welcome.
