Welcome to Narangi!
A place where we explore the warm, transformative, and powerful energy that resides within each of us. Here, we blend this vibrant energy with moments of stillness, silence, and the profound power of breath.
We will practice Hatha yoga, Hatha Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. Classes are formed with elements of breath work (Pranayama), postures (Asanas) and relaxation techniques.
Classes are led in English.
