Learn how to meditate to relieve anxiety and develop a core of calm.
Each session will be held in my office with other Vets in all shapes and sizes. I will be presenting different various meditation techniques so you can choose what works best for YOU followed by a guided grounding meditation.
I was holding this group specifically for Veterans before COVID and I have been teaching meditation at Senior Centers, Yoga Studios, Health Clubs and Privately for 12 years.
Held the 1st Saturday of every Month at 10am

This is NAM, a support group for men who have identified at least one potential narcissistic relationship in their lives. This could be a romantic partner, family member or co-worker. If you have the desire to heal from past or outgoing trauma with someone you think may be a female narcissist, please join our group so we can give you the support of your peers.
Although this group has been created and will be facilitated by a female counselor, your stories will be confidential and time will be left for a men's only discussion when she can remove herself from the Zoom call. Contact Isabel for Zoom link and Passcode.
When: The 1st and 2nd Sundays of each month at 6pm.
