This is an online support group for people affected by narcissistic or emotionally manipulated relationships. Some of you may be noticing patterns. Some may be in the middle of something confusing.
Some are healing after leaving. Either way, you're welcome here.

You don't have to talk if you don't want to. You can just listen, or join the conversation at your own pace. This is a peer-to- peer
support space, safe, respect ful, and judgement- free.

I'm Meredith the founder of N.A.R.C. Angel. I've faced narcissism across my life--from my adoption to my adult relationships--and what helped me most wasn't therapy alone, it was support groups.
Healing with others, sharing my experience, and realizing I wasn't alone made all the difference. That's why I_ created this group.
