🌱 Narcissistic Abuse Support Group Online Meet-Up 🌱

This one-hour online session is designed for survivors to connect, share, and support one another in a safe, understanding environment. Whether you're currently healing or still navigating your journey, this space is for you.

Expectations for the Session:

1. Be settled before the session starts. Arrive a few minutes early so you're ready and fully present.
2. Video on, mic ready. Keep your video on at all times, and unmute when you're speaking.
3. Share mindfully. Everyone is encouraged to share, but please be aware of time and ensure others have the opportunity to speak as well.
4. Protect your privacy. Do not share personal details such as your address, phone number, or last name.
5. No unsolicited promotion. Anyone doing so without prior permission from the organiser may be removed from the call.
6. Zero tolerance for harmful behaviour. The organiser reserves the right to remove anyone displaying harmful, disruptive, or threatening behaviour.
7. Your participation is your responsibility. Please ensure you are joining from a safe and private space where you feel comfortable participating.
