What we’re about
Have you experienced the confusion, shame, or deep emotional pain that comes from narcissistic abuse—whether in childhood, relationships, family systems, or even in the workplace?
You are not alone—and you are not broken.
This group is a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for those healing from narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, and toxic power dynamics. Whether your wounds are fresh or decades old, this is a place to be seen, heard, and gently guided back to yourself.
This group is for you if:
You grew up in a home where your feelings were invalidated or ignored.
You’ve been in relationships where you were gaslit, controlled, or devalued.
You’re struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or shame.
You’ve begun to awaken—but still feel stuck, isolated, or misunderstood.
We center our healing on the Consciously Healing Method—a path created from lived experience that blends insight, somatic awareness, and spiritual self-reclamation. It’s not about "fixing" yourself—it's about remembering who you are underneath the trauma.
What to expect:
Honest, trauma-informed conversations
Emotional support from others who get it
Guided discussions based on the Consciously Healing Method
Opportunities to share or just listen—no pressure
Practical tools for self-trust, boundaries, and emotional clarity
This is a space of radical empathy—not advice-giving or toxic positivity. If you’ve felt like the "black sheep," the scapegoat, the survivor, or the quiet one who sees more than they say—you belong here.
Hosted by: Steven Thistle – Author, survivor, and creator of the Consciously Healing Method
Come as you are. Your voice matters. Your healing is real. And you don’t have to walk this path alone.
💛 About This Group & Donations
This group was created purely out of a desire to help others heal from narcissistic abuse—especially those who, like the author, struggled to find real understanding or transformation within the traditional mental health system.
The Consciously Healing Method was born from lived experience, deep reflection, and a commitment to emotional and spiritual recovery. This space is offered altruistically, not commercially.
The group is donation-based—you’re welcome to contribute what you can to help cover Meetup costs and support the continuation of this work, but no one will be turned away.
The book and companion workbook are required, as they provide the structure and tools used in our gatherings.
However, if you are unable to afford either, a free PDF version of both will be provided—no questions asked. Healing should never be behind a paywall.
