Narcissistic Abuse Raleigh Community (NARC) - Monthly Meeting

Sticking with some more of the basics….topic this month will include learning the vocabulary of narcissism and its abuse tactics, as well as the character traits of a true narcissist and the different types. Educating ourselves on this can help identify exactly what is happening in each of our own daily lives. We’ll also learn some tools/strategies to help deal with the narcissist in your life.

For those who don’t know me, I am a narcissistic abuse survivor myself, and I have been running monthly support group meetings for 2 years now in Charlotte, NC. I have now expanded into the Raleigh area since there is such a large demand and need for this kind of support group.
