**The topic this month is SELF CARE for healing during/after narcissistic abuse. Toxic relationships leave a trail of damage on the mental, emotional and physical state of our bodies. Let’s learn some tools and strategies for giving ourselves the love and compassion we need and deserve so we can live our best lives!

For those who don’t know me, I am a narcissistic abuse survivor myself, and I have been running monthly support group meetings for 2 years now in Charlotte, NC. I have now expanded into the Raleigh area since there is such a large demand and need for this kind of support group.
