This series is designed to help you build and sustain relationships grounded in trust, communication, and authenticity.

We'll break it down into four stages over as many weeks, each with key takeaways:

***

August 2nd: Defining Healthy Dynamics
Participants will explore the characteristics of toxic versus supportive relationships, learning to identify red flags and green flags; healing modalities will include psychoeducation on relationship dynamics, boundary-setting reviews, and group discussions to reflect on personal experiences.

August 9th: Communication Skills
This session focuses on mastering effective expression and active listening to strengthen relational bonds; modalities include role-playing communication scenarios, group feedback sessions, and exercises to practice clarity and empathy in dialogue.

August 16th: Conflict Resolution
Group members will learn tools to navigate disagreements constructively, maintaining respect and connection; healing tools will include somatic awareness exercises to manage emotional triggers, empathy-building activities, and group reflections on resolving conflict.

August 23rd: Fostering Intimacy
The final session emphasizes building trust and vulnerability to deepen relationships; modalities will include guided visualizations to envision healthy connections, breakout room dialogues, and creation of personal action plans for setting and achieving relationship goals.

Looking forward to sharing stories, strategies, and strength this week. You’re not alone — and you’re more powerful than you think. 💬🧠❤️
