At the first meet-up we'll get right to it, sharing as we're each comfortable. Sharing coping skills, encouragement, and deepening an understanding of these situations will be the focus.

As a certified coach who's been in the throes of coercive control and narcissistic abuse and escaped and recovered, I may pose questions or offer information.
