You may notice yourself:

• becoming anxious or hyperaware

• losing your sense of clarity

In this live session, we’ll explore what’s happening inside the nervous system during those moments and why certain people can activate old survival patterns so quickly.

We’ll talk about:
• how nervous system activation begins before the reaction
• the subtle body cues most people miss
• why your system becomes more sensitive around certain dynamics
• how pressure builds internally over time
• simple grounding practices to help you stay connected to yourself

This is not about forcing yourself to stay calm.
It’s about learning how to work with your nervous system instead of against it 💜
