What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to be a place where questions can be answered, real stories shared and relationships formed around the challenges and changes involved when a company or group "goes agile."
The format is a mix of Lean Coffee (where the attendees decide the topics) and planned topics.
Topics include the changing role of management and team members, how to help lead the change, personal challenges and growth as a leader in whatever role you have, what are the keys to success, and how to avoid failure in an agile adoption. Whether you are using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, brand new or working at this for years, you can bring your topics here.
