As the Product Owner of FreshAi at Wendy’s, Will played a key role in launching the world’s first fully automated, AI-powered drive-thru in partnership with Google Cloud. Recognized by Fast Company as the Next Big Thing in Tech for 2025, FreshAi is transforming the quick-service restaurant experience—handling 35,000 daily interactions and serving over 5 million guests. Come learn about the next-gen AI applications driving customer service and experience.

Speaker Bio:
Will Croushorn is a big-picture thinker who blends storytelling with cutting-edge innovation to bring game-changing ideas to life. He has degrees in International Relations and MBA from Liberty University and brings a global perspective to building meaningful connections between people, technology, and impact. He co-founded the Global English Institute in northern Iraq, an initiative that empowers refugees and serves over 500 students each year. Having traveled to more than 35 countries, his experiences continue to shape his approach to creating inclusive, forward-thinking solutions.
