Living with an autoimmune condition can be overwhelming, isolating, and unpredictable — but you don’t have to face it alone. This is a welcoming, in-person support group for anyone living with autoimmune illness, open to all ages and identities.
We meet monthly at The Estuary for a one-hour session focused on connection, mutual support, and shared understanding. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been navigating chronic illness for years, this group offers a compassionate space to be seen, heard, and supported by others who truly get it.
Each gathering includes open conversation, optional wellness topics (like coping with flares, fatigue, or self-advocacy), and time for meaningful connection — no pressure, no expectations.
