CE-5 at Vaughns Gap, Warner Parks

Our sky event video for our last CE-5 has been posted to the Tennessee CE-5 Facebook group. We had orbs, trailers, tandem lights, EM interference and flashbulbs...and they keep signaling us every time!

We will be in the field adjacent to Shelter 5 at Edwin Warner Park.

We had SUCH a wonderful group last time and I want to thank those of you who left the 5 star reviews!!! The group is getting larger each time; we had 10 participants this past Saturday. It's essential for me to continue introducing folks to CE5 so that our Star Friends can discover you and choose their Ambassadors to humanity. Plus, this is a great time to compassionately connect with others; there is nothing better than meditation under the stars with a unified purpose. I sincerely hope everyone who attended has had a wonderful enough experience to keep returning.

It's important to bring a camp chair, lap blanket, drinks and snacks in order for you to stay comfortable. Also, the reclining zero gravity chairs ideal for CE5 can be found at Old Time Pottery on Gallatin Pike and Murfreesboro for $49 unless they're out of stock; or you can have one shipped via Amazon.

The same protocols will be practiced each time: setup, discussion, focus and meditation.

The only request I make besides being ready to make contact in your heart, is to recognize that this is a connection of human compassion first. Recognize the needs of others attending, listen before speaking, and keep an open mind.

Remember that if you have gravitated to practicing CE5, that you are a precious victory for the next step in evolution. I am here to help open you to an eventual leadership position within humanity as an Ambassador for peace- every one of you has the potential to be that.

As my Rinpoche says, what's important is not so much the practice but the return to practice; we have daily challenges as human beings but every time we crave the peace of meditation and return to it, we create a victory for peace.
