Welcome to a community where nature meets mindfulness! This group is all about connecting - with the earth, with ourselves, and with each other. Our hikes/walks are not about breaking a sweat but about finding presence and peace.

We’ll gather together to ground ourselves with the earth and enjoy a guided meditation. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced sitter, this group is open to everyone - beginners and seasoned adventurers alike.

Led and sponsored by Reiki Master and meditation guide Madaline Spinks of Zen Tiger Healing, these experiences are designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Join us for a journey of connection and tranquility.

***Some group reminders***
- Nature is beautifully unpredictable, and that’s part of the magic ✨ You may encounter bugs, earthy smells, changing weather, and moments of discomfort… and we embrace it all!

- Our walks and hikes shift with the seasons and temperatures, allowing us to experience the landscape in all its moods. In the warmer months, we will do more walking, and in the cooler months, more hiking. All walks and hikes are easy-moderate and are NOT meant to break a sweat.

- This is not a singles mixer or a matchmaking space. Our focus is on community, connecting with nature, and meditation - not romance (though, if you meet your soulmate...hurrah!). I've personally met some wonderful friends through this group, and I hope you will too!
