March Meditation Hike
Details
Join us for a refreshing community event where we’ll embrace the beauty of the outdoors with an easy-to-moderate hike and meditation. This 2-2.5 mile round-trip hike on Harpeth Woods Trail at Warner Park Nature Center is designed to help you connect with nature—not to break a sweat.
After the hike, we’ll gather on the grass for a grounding meditation session, led by Reiki Master and meditation coach Madaline Spinks of Zen Tiger Healing. This is a chance to enjoy the peaceful energy of nature, breathe deeply, and reset during a season when outdoor time is often overlooked.
The trail offers plenty of free parking, and friendly, leashed dogs are welcome to join in the fun. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or simply curious, this event is open to all experience levels. Let’s connect, relax, and explore the outdoors together!
We will meet in front of the nature center near the parking lot and walk to the trailhead together. If the lot is full, you can park in the big field next to the parking lot (you'll likely see other cars parked there too).
