April Meditation Hike

Join us for a refreshing community event where we’ll embrace the beauty of the outdoors with an easy-to-moderate hike and meditation. Depending on the weather and mud, we will either take the Green Trail (2.2 miles) or Red Trail (1.5 miles) at Marcella Vivrette Smith Park. Both are labeled as moderate on AllTrails (links below). If you prefer not to hike, you are welcome to just join us for the meditation afterward :) The goal is to help you connect with nature and meet others—not to break a sweat!

After the hike, we’ll gather on the grass for a grounding meditation session, led by Reiki Master and meditation coach Madaline Spinks of Zen Tiger Healing. This is a chance to enjoy the peaceful energy of nature, breathe deeply, and reset during a season when outdoor time is often overlooked.

The trail offers plenty of free parking and public restrooms. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or simply curious, this event is open to all experience levels. Let’s connect, relax, and explore the outdoors together!

- We will meet in front of the public restrooms area at the start of the trails near the parking lot.
