Meditation is one of the most misunderstood spiritual practices and yet with the right guidance you can easily achieve a state of blissful silence and explore the beauty that is found with-in you. It is a spiritual practice aligned with God and Jesus; and is also a crucial form of self-care. In a world where we are constantly experiencing - more accurately, bombarded with - stimulation from all that surrounds, this form of self-care will grant you the opportunity to work through deeper thoughts and touch the deeper parts of your beautiful self. You'll leave with more space with-in and around to take on the the other parts of your life with higher Joy.
I invite you to come try this weekly drop-in guided mediation.
What does the evening look like?
This meditation is done sitting comfortably in a chair in a peaceful and safe environment.
- We'll do short introductions of each other and I would like to hear about what is calling you to experience meditation.
- will guide you through an easy relaxation technique; which is one of the keys to effective mediation.
- We'll then move onto easy visualization to clear your mind after which I'll lead you into silence.
- After some time in silence, I will gently bring you back
I recommend bringing a pen and journal as writing about your experience will help you better understand and bring it further into your life.
