Power BI Dashboards in SharePoint Online

Details

Join us for a free lunch and learn how to securely embed Power BI reports in SharePoint Online pages. Daniel Glenn, who is a local SharePoint MVP, will show us how it works.

The SharePoint business intelligence story has been a struggle for many throughout the years in all SharePoint versions. Excel - via Office Online Server, and Power BI have opened up a new chapter for telling 'data stories' to your users.

Presenting with live demos, we will walk through the various methods of working with Excel and Power BI to tell a better data story. We will use SharePoint and external data to build visuals for dashboards and review the publishing methods. Lastly, we will look at the Power BI mobile experience and how to interact with dashboards via the iOS app.

Daniel is the Collaboration Practice Leader for InfoWorks, Inc. and has been building SharePoint solutions for more than 14 years.
