Welcome to the Nashville Monumental Multifamily Meetup! This is the start of our monthly meetups in Nashville with the goal of being an in-person mastermind, learning from guest experts, and networking within the group.

This is a meetup for those working on getting their first deal, seasoned veterans, and those looking to learn more about what multifamily investing is all about.

This month we are sitting down with Jake Stenziano, Dylan Marma and Mike Taravella of Jake & Gino and Rand Partners. We will talk about their success in acquiring over 1500 multifamily units and building a vertically integrated business, as well as coaching, multiple podcasts, and live events.

Jake is an Amazon #1 Best-Selling Author of Wheelbarrow Profits, currently control over 1500 multifamily units valued at over $100 million, Co-Founder of Jake & Gino and Co-Host of the Top-Rated Podcast Wheelbarrow Profits. He is also Co-Founder of Rand Capital, Rand Property Management, and Rand Partners.

Dylan began his real estate investing career in 2015 and quickly rose to a leadership role. In 2018, he joined the team with Rand Partners to expand into additional markets throughout the SouthEast, as well as to build out the systems to open up the doors for outside investors to partner through syndication.

Mike is the newest team member to Rand Partners. He was a former Auditor at EY and worked for Dan Gilbert’s startups.
