That's what this group is for. We're a monthly meetup of multifamily investors, brokers, lenders, and vendors in Nashville. Some people in the room own 500+ units. Some are working on their first deal. Everyone shows up because the connections are worth it.

What actually happens here: people share deals, make introductions, talk through what's working in the market right now, and find partners for their next project. It's not a lecture series or a pitch fest.
