We're back for our June happy hour, and we have a new home base.
We're moving the gathering over to Never Never in Wedgewood-Houston. Cold drinks, a great patio, and a laid-back room that's easy to settle into after work.
Same idea as always. No agenda, no pitches. Just Nashville-area multifamily people in one room: active and aspiring investors, operators, brokers, lenders, property managers, and anyone working in or breaking into the space. Come talk deals, market conditions, war stories, and share what you're working on.

Cost: Free to attend. Buy your own drinks and food. Happy hour pricing runs until 8:00 PM.
Parking: Street parking on Houston and the surrounding blocks.
Cocktails, beer, and tacos are all on the menu, plus non-alcoholic options, so come whether or not you're drinking. Heading straight from work? Come hungry.
