Osh Uzbekistan restaurant

Let's assemble and support an immigrant run restaurant. Since this is a new group and the restaurant will be holding space for us I will ask anyone RSVP'ing to PLEASE keep it up to date if not coming and switch to "No" if plans change.

I might invite a few people from other groups depending how many are able to make it.
