Registration is open for Crescent’s Steamboat trip.

SIGN-UP: All applicants must be a member of one of the Crescent Ski Council affiliated CLUBS, (Nashville Ski Club is a member of Crescent, so all paid members of Nashville Ski Club, Inc. are members of Crescent Ski Council) Applicant’s home club membership will be verified by CSC. You may join the Nashville Ski Club and pay your annual dues electronically at www.NashvilleSkiClub.org Register for the trip via the NSC website, (select Trips from the main menu, Scroll down to the Crescent Logo on the bottom of the page - click on the Logo, select/click the Steamboat Logo, then follow directions).
REGISTRATION PERIOD: Registration begins June 1, 2025 and ends October 1, 2025 (based on availability). SAT will not accept any form of registration prior to, nor after this period.
PACKAGE COST (VARIES): The base price for condos at Trappeur's Crossing or Steamboat Grand is $1720. The base price for the Grand Hotel Suite is $1720. The Initial deposit of $600 is due starting June 1. The Second payment is due Sept 1, Final payment is due Nov 1, 2025.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
• 7 nights lodging at Trappeur’s Crossing
• 5 full-day lessons (ski/or/boarding) (w race optional)
• 3 lunches (M-W-F)
• Welcome reception

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:
• 6-day lift pass
• Credit card fee (3% add-on if CC is used)
• Airfare (SAT will handle for you if you wish)
• Ground transportation (SAT has bus and rental car options)
• Trip insurance
• Other meals not specifically listed
• Equipment rentals (CSC discount at Steamboat Sports)
This trip is set up as a race camp/ski school program, and everyone is encouraged to participate. Previous participants can attest to the overall benefit of this type of program. If you've never tried it, you should; you'll probably be pleasantly surprised. However, if you'd like, the lesson portion may be deducted. Additionally, there are other deductions and additions, especially for teens and children.
