The initial trip introduction with complete details will be presented Friday, July 11, 2025 starting at 6:30pm (gather a 5:30pm to socialize and meet others planning to attend the trip). The meeting will take place in the large private room at Bavarian Bierhaus in Opry Mills, Nashville TN. Online reservations and deposits will be accepted starting upon the conclusion of the meeting. Bring your internet connected devices to reserve your spot on this trip. You must be a member of the Nashville Ski Club, Inc., to register and attend the winter trip. Our cozy lodging is just a quick shuttle from the base at Trappeur's Crossing. We'll fly into Hayden, then it’s a short 35-minute charter bus ride to the resort. This trip includes two group dinners and round trip porterage for your luggage.
