Join FiftyForward and Dr. Amy Price Neff from Mindstream Integrative Medicine for our monthly Walk With a Doc walks at Centennial Park in Nashville. Walkers meet up at the Centennial Events Shelter to hear a brief "health talk" from Dr. Amy then we all walk the 1.2 loop around the park together. All ages and walking levels welcome!
