What we’re about
Our group is dedicated to exploring and celebrating the divine feminine through the lens of academic texts on goddess worship—both ancient and modern. We focus on scholarly works that uncover the rich history of feminine spirituality, especially where it has been hidden, suppressed, or destroyed through patriarchal religious systems such as the horrible concept of original sin.
Together, we will explore some of the oldest spiritual traditions through monthly readings and discussions. These include:
-
Scholarly research revealing that the Biblical figures Abraham and Moses worshipped the goddess Asherah, and that monotheism only emerged among the Hebrews after the Babylonian exile
-
The goddesses of Ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt, whose myths and rituals held profound meaning in early human civilization
-
Early Christian mystical traditions focused on Sophia and Mary Magdalene, and how these were suppressed or transformed by the institutional Church
-
Modern interpretations of the divine feminine in works by authors like Timothy Freke, who explore the balance of masculine and feminine spiritual energies in today’s world
Our intention is to co-create a new spiritual path—one that is grounded in truth, creativity, rational thinking, and responsible living, honoring both ancient wisdom and modern understanding. We aim to build a community rooted in love, support, curiosity, and transformation, where each member can assess and integrate what resonates personally.
Whether you’re passionate about ancient archaeology, goddess worship, early religious history, divine feminine energy, or simply want to connect with like-minded souls—this group is for you.
📚 Join us for monthly book selections and vibrant discussions that support your empowerment and the awakening of the sacred feminine within yourself and the world around us.
