My name is Thom Shavor, and I am a Certified Facilitator, Professional Scrum Master, ICF-certified Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Agile Trainer from Nashville, Tennessee. I served several years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic and have 30+ years of experience in Agile, Program and Project Management, Disease Surveillance, and Epidemiology within the Health Insurance, Energy, Government, and Natural Resources sectors.

My formal educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration (Economics focus) and a second Master’s degree in Public Health (Epidemiology focus). As a lifelong learner, I am always open to new ideas and enjoy learning new things. I also have a hands-on approach to life, which is reflected in my hobbies such as restoring my 1995 Honda Kei truck, 3D Printing, woodworking, model building, gardening, and reading.
