3 Day/2 Night: Savage East, North and South

This 30 mile section involves rolling single track, very rocky and technical terrain. These trails are rated Difficult.

Sunday, 5/5 Day 1: Arrive at Savage Gulf East Ranger station at 11 AM CT, hike to Hobbs Cabin via North Plateau (9.3 mi) *small seasonal spring at Hobbs Cabin.
Monday, 5/6 Day 2: Break camp early around 8 AM. Using the Connector Trail, we will pass Sawmill Camp, swing around Collins Loop West, East and make camp at Stagecoach. (13.3 mi) *Plenty of water on this section and a small seasonal spring at Stagecoach.
Tuesday, 5/7 Day 3: Easy hike back to the parking lot using the South Rim Trail. (6 mi)
