***Be prepared to carry a significant amount of water; this is a desert trek with no water sources along the trail. At least 5 liters is recommended. We will update on other factors based on weather as we approach the trip dates.
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements; I will be flying into Phoenix on 4/23. If you plan to fly in on the 24th, book so that you arrive by mid morning. I will be renting a vehicle large enough for 4 (David will have his own vehicle) and we can share that cost. Lodging outside of the trail dates is also your responsibility, but we can discuss that as well, such as sharing hotel rooms or commercial campsites.
The permit fees are $60 per person. When you sign up, you will be moved to the waitlist until you have paid your $60. Venmo @Richard-Newhouse-3
