4 Day Sheltowee Trace and Steve Hill Birthday Backpack

We are resuming two fan-favorite events this year: our group section hike effort of the Sheltowee Trace AND Steve Hill's birthday extravaganza hikes!
The group is currently at the halfway point of the 343-mile long Sheltowee Trace. For this hike, we are jumping up to the northern terminus and hiking southbound to Morehead, Kentucky (approx. 30 miles). We'll meet in Morehead on Thursday morning and take a pre-arranged shuttle to the terminus trailhead and start the hike. We'll hike back to our cars at Morehead over the next 4 days. There will be a cost of approx. $25.00 per person for the shuttle. Attendance will be limited on this event due to the shuttle involved. Attendance preference will be given to those who have participated in the Sheltowee section hikes.
We will also be celebrating Steve Hill's umpteenth birthday on this hike. We are allocating an inflation-adjustment to the birthday gift dollar limit....this year's gift maximum value will be $11.83.
This trip is suitable for experienced backpackers. This will be a "go at your own pace" hike, so come prepared with a map and the ability to navigate yourself. If I don't receive your contact info when you sign up, your spot will go to the next person on the waitlist. Sadly, dogs are not allowed on this trip since there is a shuttle.
