Analyze my Grammar Ills—Sun, May 6, 4 p
It is time for another Nashville Grammar and Writing Meetup.
This time, bring a paragraph or two you have written, and we will look it over as a group to identify one or two or three grammar issues you might have.
Then, we look over some trusty grammar books or Internet websites to show you your grammar ills, so you can spot them in your future writing, and then show you how to correct those grammar ills.
If you don’t have anything written, you can write on the spot with a writing prompt I’ll bring.
Also, if you are too shy to bring your grammar ills to us, that’s ok. We will be happy to have you join us.
We will be meeting at the Barnes and Noble at Vanderbilt Bookstore. We will be sitting in the café. They have great wireless connections, and several tables available. I didn’t see any games scheduled for the day.
I haven’t officially asked, so we are just a group meeting, coming together to love the grammar.
We shall meet for about an hour or an hour and a half if people want to.
