Dirty Martini Shrimp Cocktail (Tender chilled shrimp served with a bold, martini-inspired cocktail sauce featuring green olives, olive brine, lemon, and a touch of horseradish.)

Sweet, Salty & Spicy Party Nuts (A crunchy assortment of roasted mixed nuts tossed in a sweet and spicy glaze with brown sugar, warm spices, and a touch of heat.)

Puff Pastry & Prosciutto Asparagus Cigars (Tender asparagus spears wrapped in savory prosciutto and flaky puff pastry, baked until golden and crispy.)

Christmas Cranberry Pistachio Cheesecake Ball (A sweet and creamy cheesecake-inspired dessert cheese ball blended with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, rolled in chopped pistachios and dried cranberries, and served with graham crackers for dipping.)

Our expert instructor will guide you through cooking and presentation of these delicious meals.

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and enhance your meals in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.

Our doors will open 30 minutes prior to class, allowing you time to be social, unwind and enjoy any beer or wine that you wish to bring. We supply aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water and lemonade, as well as a snack to enjoy upon arrival. Wear something comfortable and bring your stretchy pants as we ensure you will be leaving our table full! We'll see you in the Kitchen.
