Dearborn Park + Decatur + Atlanta city boundary streets

This was one of our most popular walks a few years ago, so let's do it again!

9:00-9:15am: Gather

9:15am-10:45am: Neighborhood Walk that starts in the park.

About halfway, we will pop into a home for sale in the neighborhood. It's a 3BR/2BA listing for sale for $525,000 at 49 Candler Rd NE in East Lake. Come and learn about what determines price and things to look for when you attend Open Houses. Drinks and snacks at the house. We will stop there for a break and then return to our starting point at Dearborn Park.

We will be walking through the woods and down an interesting street that has some houses within the City of Atlanta AND others within the City of Decatur.
