Natalie Martinez Homes and Highland Mortgage are sponsoring this casual and informative Happy Hour next week with Historic Preservation expert, Brandy Morrison of Brandied History, local historic preservation expert and architect.

Please join us for an evening of drinks, light bites, and learn about the Georgia Tax Incentives that are available to property owners when they renovate/restore their old homes.

Natalie Martinez, Neighborhood Walks Organizer and local architect + real estate agent will be there and will be happy to chat about her experience renovating a Craftsman bungalow and how she helps her clients find old homes to renovate! Brandy Morrison will cover details about renovating historic homes, the different programs the State of Georgia offers, and even provide case studies.
