Cleaning the Capital with the Ottawa Voyageurs

Plogging with the Ottawa Voyageurs Walking Club. Join us on our section of Adopted Road along Orléans Blvd to pick up garbage. This is part of the City of Ottawa Cleaning the Capital campaign.
Date: Sunday, May 3
Start Time: Registration will begin at 8:45 am. The group garbage collection will start at 9:00 am. Laura Dudas, City Councillor will greet us before we leave.
Start Point: In the parking lot beside the Esso gas station at 6481 Jeanne d’Arc Blvd, Orléans ON
Distance: The total distance will be 5 km which should take us 1.5 hrs. From the Circle K Ultramar Gas Station we will sweep Orléans Blvd for garbage up to the traffic circle near Hwy 417. At that point we turn around following the opposite side of the street back to the start point.
Cost: Free
Washroom at the Metro and inside the gas station.
