NIBA Fort Lauderdale is a community hosted by the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA), a 501(c)(6) non-profit that has supported the micro-cap and small-cap ecosystem since 1982. Our mission is to help quality emerging-growth companies connect with the professional finance community and navigate capital formation responsibly.

What we do

Practical workshops (e.g., how to structure a crowdfunding campaign, going public 101, and compliant investor outreach).

Curated networking with the professional finance community — including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, broker-dealers, RIAs, and investment bankers.

Local meetups aligned with NIBA’s flagship two-day events.

About the Sept 16–17 Conference (Two Days)

Day One – Tuesday, Sept 16 (community sessions + Opening Luncheon): Seats available for local leaders. Complimentary passes are reserved for the community, with a limited number of additional seats at $150.

Day Two – Wednesday, Sept 17 (general session presentations & 1:1 meetings): Sold out.

How our events work
We’re education-first and community-driven. Sessions focus on learning, best practices, and introductions. No investment solicitations; participation is not an offer to sell or buy securities. Please consult your advisors and follow all applicable regulations (we follow SEC Regulation FD principles).

Kickoff meetup
