Understanding our feminist stake in Trump/Musk Coup

We invite you to our May General Meeting, where we’ll do a Consciousness-Raising on our understanding of government to better understand our feminist stake in how we fight back against Trump and Musk.

We will consider the following questions:

• What has the government done for you over the course of your life?
• Has some aspect of government become visible after being mostly invisible/taken for granted?
• How has your understanding of what the government does changed over your life?
• Have you noticed differences in the level of services in different places (other countries, city vs rural), or at different levels (federal, state, local)

In addition we'll provide updates on feminist and reproductive issues in the news locally and around the world.

After the meeting, we'll head to The Ten Bells (247 Broome St.) for drinks and continued conversation.
