Scatter Creek Native Plant Walk
Details
Join us for a lovely walk among the oaks at Scatter Creek Wildlife Recreation Area. This oak woodland-prairie habitat includes many spring wildflowers such as trillium. This area also provides habitat for the Mazama pocket gopher, Savannah sparrow, Western bluebird and many species of butterflies.
Hike is led by Regina Johnson. Walkers must pre-register with Cyndy (fieldtrips@southsoundchapterwnps.org) who will send a link to mandatory liability waiver to your email and you must then bring it to the walk or email to Cyndy.
