unexpected bea-eaters in Vienna

Dear friends,

I di'nt trust my ears, the first time I heard their vivacious chirping, while cruising with my bike on the Donauinsel.
But i's true, a little colony of bea-eaters enriches the sky and the trees over there, I made some fotos.
If anyone is interested to see one of the most colorful birds in Austria, please follow me, on wednesday 27.05.
Our meeting point is U2 station Donaustadtbrücke, 10:00
Please take the exit, where the cycle-way passes.
Also we can see:
flying insects, and starlings.

bring your tele lenses, or binoculars and drinking bottles as well.

Liebe Leute,

ich traute meinen Ohren kaum, als ich vorgestern das muntere Zwitschern von Bienenfressern hörte, während ich mit dem Rad die Donauinsel entlang fuhr. Aber tatsächlich, eine kleine Gruppe davon bereichert den Himmel und die Bäume, rund um einen Hügel mit lehmiger Steilwand.
Wer mit mir eine der schönsten Vogelarten Österreichs beobachten, vielleicht auch fotografieren möchte, ist herzlich eingeladen zu diesem Event am MI, 27.05.
Treffpunkt ist die U2 Station Donaustadtbrücke, um 10:00
Bitte zum Ausgang kommen, wo der Radweg vorbeiführt !

Ebenfalls zu sehen:
Viele Fluginsekten und Stare, die auch dort nisten

Bringt eure Teleobjektive, oder Feldstecher mit, soweit vorhanden.
