Throughout the six weeks, we take a look at the organ system and the symptoms that we experience. Through the ten Qigong movements, we experience the potential of our body for healing. Past participants have noticed decrease of back pain, better digestion, and decrease of anxiety. This scratches the surface of what natural healing has to offer.
